Surat International Exhibition and Convention Centre (SIECC) has been built as one of the largest exhibition and convention sites in Gujarat, with development being facilitated through the partnership of Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI). SIECC comprises a vast campus using modern infrastructure and is designed specifically for use as a host for international trade exhibitions, shows/trade exhibitions, corporate conferences, business exhibitions, product launches, cultural events, and significant trade shows/industry events. Additionally, there are many column-free exhibition halls, seminar/conference facilities, and a multi-[level] function convention hall, giving you many possibilities when planning your business or entertainment events.

Exhibition Hall

Within this location, the building has more than 110,000 sq. ft. of column-free space, such as to accommodate trade shows, festivals, and product launches, and has been designed to provide an air conditioning system throughout the facility.

Event producers can take advantage of these spaces by adapting their layout by placing their displays, staging, and exhibiting products in a unique way for all types of exhibit and convention activities.

Platinum Multipurpose Hall

With its seating capacity for 1,100, the convention center at SIECC can accommodate both large and small meetings or conferences, including business meetings/lectures and award ceremonies with guest speakers, as well as traditional markets (i.e., formal dinner events). The new multipurpose meeting space has also been designed specifically as banquet facilities to provide a unique dining/networking experience.

Seminar Halls & Meeting Rooms

Four separate seminar halls are available to accommodate different-sized groups of 50 to 150 guests, making them ideal facilities for conducting training programs, conducting panel discussions, providing workshops, and conducting breakout sessions during conferences and exhibitions. Furthermore, several additional meeting rooms are available for conducting business meetings and/or private discussions.

Public Plaza & Outdoor Event Area

Venues Include Stage: The open-air theatre provides a venue for performance art, product demonstrations, and cultural programming, as well as networking & exhibition activities. There are also several meeting spaces, including an open-description area (plaza on the bottom floor) that is available during conventions and exhibitions.

Event Infrastructure & Business Facilities

The event space provides high-quality event infrastructure and business facilities, including Broad Band Internet, Top Notch Audio / Video Systems, Teleconferencing Facilities, VIP Lounge, Press Lounge, Business Centre, Organizer's Offices, Cafeteria, Medical Room, and Travel Desk which allows for the use of large, high-quality meeting space for both professional events and exhibitions.

Parking & Accessibility

SIECC has an extensive parking area that accommodates hundreds of vehicles at once; including standard vehicles like cars, bikes, taxis, delivery trucks, etc., within its designated areas throughout the facility. The SIECC also has excellent transport links, with Surat International Airport only being approximately 7 km away and Surat Train Station 15km away.
