The Samrat Ashok Convention Center is located in Patna, just steps away from Gandhi Maidan, one of the most recognizable landmarks in eastern India. It is the largest convention center in eastern India and is owned and operated by the Government of Bihar. The building was completed in 2017 and was designed to accommodate various types of events, including international conventions, corporate conferences and exhibitions, cultural events, governmental functions, concerts and large public gatherings. The facility features numerous auditoriums, conference halls, exhibition space and publicly landscaped areas that have turned the facility into one of the key venues for hosting large-scale events in the state of Bihar.

Bapu Sabhagaar (Main Auditorium)

Bapu Sabhagaar is the main convention auditorium with a seating capacity of around 5,000 guests, making it one of the largest auditoriums in India. This hall is designed for large conventions, international conferences, concerts, government ceremonies, cultural performances, and keynote sessions.

Gyan Bhawan Auditorium

Gyan Bhawan is a modern lecture-theater-style auditorium with an approximately 800 seating capacity. Seminars, academic conferences, corporate meetings, workshops, and training programs are just a few examples of events that utilize these facilities.

Multipurpose Hall & Conference Rooms
