Located in South Delhi, the NSIC Exhibition Ground is one of the most recognized and frequently used as an Exhibition Centre in Delhi. It is run by the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), a Company of India’s Central Government. The Venue is hosted by numerous types of events, including Trade Fairs and Exhibitions, Corporate Events, Product Launches, Fashion Shows, Conferences, Concerts, and Large Public Events.
The venue consists of both Indoor Exhibition Halls and Outdoor Exhibition / Event Grounds. It has sufficient indoor and outdoor space to accommodate both Business Events and staged Entertainment Events.
The venue has a fully air-conditioned indoor exhibition hall that is around 1500 square meters, which is suitable for trade exhibitions, corporate meetings, seminars, and product showcases. Depending on the event setup, the indoor hall can accommodate over 200 guests, and it includes the basic infrastructure needed to host professional events.
The NSIC also has about 15,000 SQM of outdoor exhibition space—concrete, asphalt and grass—which is suitable for various kinds of large-scale events: exhibitions, expos, concerts, cultural festivals, brand activations and outdoor corporate events. The open exhibition area allows event organizers the flexibility to configure their own exhibition structures, including custom stalls, pavilions and stages for large-dimensioned exhibits.
The venue includes a small open-air amphitheater, which can be used for talk shows, theater performances, workshops, rehearsals, and small gatherings of around 50 people.
The NSIC Exhibition Complex supports seminars, conferences and business meetings. It is a suitable location for both corporate and industry exhibitions and trade fairs.
There is sufficient space for up to 700-1000 vehicles at the venue to facilitate large trade shows and community gatherings. The venue has complete 24 hour security coverage, a virtually uninterrupted electrical supply of 400-500 KVA to assure a successful event, and a continuous water supply for smooth event operations, 24 hours a day.
NSIC Exhibition Ground is located in well-connected areas of Delhi with easy access from Okhla NSIC Metro Station and Govind Puri Metro Station via convenient road connections through the Outer Ring Road. In addition to its proximity to commercial hubs such as Nehru Place and Kalkaji, NSIC Exhibition Ground also has several good transportation links to each of these areas.
We assist our customers in reserving the NSIC Exhibition Ground for exhibitions, trade fairs, product launches, corporate events, brand activations, concerts, and other major public events. We provide full-service event support, including assistance with venue reservations, constructing exhibitor booths, event production, and managing the event logs on the day of the event.
