DJ N'KD is an extremely high-energy open-format DJ and live performer that always leaves his audience buzzing with excitement after every electrifying set! He specializes in Bollywood, commercial, and tech house, creating a mind-blowing musical experience that combines high-energy rhythm with a crowd-driven soundscape at the same time. DJ N'KD is a favorite among clubs, weddings, and large-scale entertainment events.

DJ Nkd, born and raised in Mumbai (aka Mukht), uses sound as an expression of freedom. His career started in 2007 during a time when DJing was about precision, patience and many physical crates of CDs. He began his career on classic Denon gear—Denon 2600, 4000 and 4500 -- then as the industry changed (Denon went to Pioneer), evolved to using Pioneer CDJs (e.g., CDJ-200, 850 and 900). A journey in the DJ business that started with physical media has now changed to using digital technology for live mixing/performing.

Though he is considered an open-format DJ by nature, DJ N’KD’s musical style crosses many different genres, ranging from Bollywood, Punjabi, UK Bhangra, Hip-Hop, R&B, English Pop, Commercial EDM, Retro and Rock music to exploring underrepresented genres of music such as House, Nu Disco, Tech House, etc., and techno. DJ N’KD frequently uses new and original fusions of music as part of his set to create dynamic, mood-oriented, and crowd energy-based mixes with his signature experimental fusions of either Bolly-Tech or Bolly-Afro-based fusions of music.

Throughout his career, DJ N’KD has shared stages with some of the biggest names in the Indian music and entertainment world, from celebrated music artists like Sonu Nigam, Mika Singh, Shirley Setia, Divya Kumar, and Meet Brothers to other prominent artists like Sunil Grover and Siddharth Mahajan. He has also shared stages at high-profile events featuring prominent celebrities like Hrithik Roshan, Varun Dhawan, Malaika Arora, Nora Fatehi, Pulkit Samrat, Yash, Zaid Khan, Sabyasachi, Siddharth Malhotra, and Varun Agarwal.

DJ N’KD relocated to Goa in 2020 to experience the lively Beach Club Scene and to develop his music career. He's enjoyed being a Resident DJ at Antares Restaurant & Beach Club and Birch by Romeolane and now has been performing at Clara Beach Heaven, where he creates memorable musical moments along the coastline with his Sunset Sessions, Deep Grooves and High Energy Beats.

The DJ known as N’KD has proven his prowess in live performances by appearing at some of India's largest music festivals, including Sunburn and NH7 Weekender. He has been able to dominate both large festival-style audiences and small, intimate venues.

Over the course of their career, DJ N'KD has performed on stages with many major artists from the industry of Indian music and entertainment, including some very well-known names like Sonu Nigam, Mika Singh, Shirley Setia, Divya Kumar and the Meet Brothers, as well as popular performers like Sunil Grover and Siddharth Mahajan.
