Vishal–Shekhar is a popular Indian music composer team formed by Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani. They are both versatile composers across Bollywood, independent music, and live concerts. Their compositions feature Indian classical beats blended with modern sounds, hence making them two of the most successful composer pairs in the market.
Vishal Dadlani began as the vocalist of the rock band Pentagram, and Shekhar Ravjiani studied classical music and was a trained singer. The two met in the early 2000s, and soon they gained popularity with their music in films such as Jhankaar Beats in 2003, with the hit track Tu Aashiqui Hai.
Since its inception, Vishal–Shekhar have produced several hit songs in Bollywood. A few of their top hits include Om Shanti Om from Om Shanti Om, Sheila Ki Jawani from Tees Maar Khan, Radha from Student of the Year, Ghungroo from War, and Nashe Si Chadh Gayi from Befikre. The duo's versatility in composing energetic dance tracks and melodic tunes has made them popular among viewers as well as producers.
Outside of Bollywood, the duo has ventured into independent music and partnered with global artists such as The Vamps and Akon. Vishal and Shekhar have also been judges and mentors on successful reality television shows such as Indian Idol and The Voice India, further establishing their credibility and influence within the music scene.

With a successful career of more than twenty years, Vishal–Shekhar still continue to exceed creative limits, and they are now counted among the most legendary composer duos of Indian music.
