In and out of the entertainment scene, Sravanthi Chokarapu is an Indian television presenter, model, actress, and journalist working mainly in the Telugu entertainment industry. She was born on June 7, 1994, in Kadiri, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, and has earned a name and fame for herself in various media for her lively persona.
She started modeling in 2009, and soon after, she appeared as an anchor for various YouTube and television channels like Daily Culture, Filmy Focus, Gemini TV, and YOYO TV. During this time, she gained a wide following for her interviews, reviews, and segments on entertainment news. In 2017, she had a stint as a contestant on the Telugu game show Gold Rush, where she won that episode.
Her acting career began in 2013 with Mahankali, and her last movie was Mukhachitram in 2022. She later became famous for her presence in ETV Telugu's comedy show Sridevi Drama Company in 2021. The way she spoke the Rayalaseema dialect in the viral interview with Allu Arjun for Pushpa: The Rise raised her fame and also created goodwill from the audience.
In 2022, Sravanthi shot to fame again by participating in the digital version of the hugely popular reality show Bigg Boss Telugu: Bigg Boss Non-Stop. She was evicted on the 44th day of the program, 13th in rank. Speaking about issues like body shaming and her past marital problems during the show earned her admiration for her candidness and resilience.
On a personal front, Sravanthi is married to Prashanth, and the couple has a son, Akhira Nandan-—a name inspired by actor Pawan Kalyan's son. On her right arm, Sravanthi has a tattoo of her husband's name. Standing tall at 5 feet 5 inches, fashion-oriented Sravanthi has done modeling for EWF by Fathima and Raga Kunche.
With a substantial fan base on social media, Sravanthi continues to encourage her fans with her heartfelt work and keep balanced living as a media person, actress, and mother.
