Growing up as the daughter of an Indian diplomat, Radhika experienced a multicultural upbringing, attending schools across the world—from Delhi Public School in India to the American International School in Nigeria and Marymount International School in Italy. This global exposure shaped her adaptability and cultural awareness, qualities that later defined her leadership style.
Radhika pursued her academic dreams at the University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Computer Science) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She was also part of the prestigious Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology, an interdisciplinary course that laid the foundation for her success in finance and entrepreneurship.
In 2009, Radhika co-founded Forefront Capital Management, an asset management firm that quickly made its mark in the financial sector. Its success led to its acquisition by Edelweiss Financial Services in 2014, where Radhika’s sharp business acumen and vision propelled her to the position of CEO of Edelweiss Mutual Fund. Today, she stands as one of the youngest and most dynamic CEOs in the Indian mutual fund industry.
Radhika’s achievements have been widely recognized. Fortune India named her one of the '50 Most Powerful Women in Business' in 2020, and the World Economic Forum honored her as a 'Young Global Leader' in 2021.
Beyond her professional accolades, Radhika’s personal journey is equally compelling. Born with a congenital condition that resulted in a tilted neck, she has openly shared her experiences with insecurity and self-acceptance.
