She holds an MSc in Food Science and Nutrition from SNDT Women's University and has spent 15-plus years helping people invested in developing a positive relationship with food, which she terms nourished over deprivation.
Pooja has counselled over 25,000 clients from different backgrounds during her practice. Pooja has also ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing her own wellness clinic in Mumbai called Nourish and starting up an online health portal called Nourish Genie, which is a website offering people customised nutritional services relevant to their health profiles. Such innovations prove her efforts to support more people in accessing personalised nutrition.
