Hitesh Ramchandani is a global motivational speaker, Paralympic athlete, and author who has achieved global recognition for his inspiring tale of hardship and resilience. Cerebral palsy due to a complication at birth had him surviving on just 24 hours at first. Defying such adversity, he has turned his life into a success story of determination and grit.

Early Life and Sporting Achievements
Hitesh's early life was full of physical challenges and societal discrimination. His strength was his love for sports, and he was a member of the Singapore Cerebral Palsy Football Team. His dedication was rewarded when he received a bronze medal at the 2015 ASEAN Para Games and a silver medal at the 2013 ASEAN Para Games.

Career and Advocacy
Outside of sport, Hitesh is the owner of BTN Physio Hub, one of Asia's biggest physiotherapy centers that provides the latest in treatments such as hydrotherapy, oxygen therapy, and laser therapy. Hitesh is also a patron of the Cerebral Palsy Alliance, where he promotes increased awareness and acceptance of people with disabilities.

As a motivational speaker, Hitesh has spoken more than 400 keynote speeches in over 15 nations and inspired over 10 million people. His client list includes top companies such as Microsoft, TATA, Deutsche Bank, and Coca-Cola. His TEDx talk, "How to Create a Better Than Normal India," has generated a lot of curiosity, which indicates his zeal to inspire people.

Hitesh wrote the book Better Than Normal, which has been sold more than 30,000 copies across the globe. The book is his autobiography and an account of the values that have formed his life.
