About CIVIL RAGE
Civil Rage is a multi-genre band from Patna. Performed in a number of live concerts, events and self-organized shows. The band share a common dream to resurface the long lost roots of music in the capital and give the old music trend a swing, much of which they have already achieved. A line-up of artists that come from the different backgrounds adds versatility to their masterpieces. The crave for music comes from a number of different sources and keep ourselves inspired by listening to poets, musicians and shayars- Pushkin, Ghalib, Byron and Keats being some of the eminent ones who they draw inspiration from. We believe in making the sort of music that connects all from within. Civil Rage members are not childhood buddies and much like many other bands they came together gradually meeting each other through connections, connections that spoke of the universal language-MUSIC. Prithviraj Burhagohain (Drummer) and Abhishek Raj (Lead Guitarist), after working as free lancers for about a year, Rishiraj Burhagohin (Rhythm Guitarist) younger brother of the drummer too joined the band and the trio could finally call themselves a band. Snehasish Das Roy (Vocalist) was the 4th addition to the group and as a unit they slowly augmented their skills and performed in the circuits of the city gaining attention of the local news and social media, and now this team of 4 were called CIVIL RAGE. So far CIVIL RAGE has been involved in live events ranging from college fests to road shows and live competitions as well as song recording sessions.
