This formed the foundation for his best-selling book, “Lead or Bleed”, which has helped many an entrepreneur build scalable business systems.
In 2016, Rajiv initiated the Business P.A.C.E. Program, a complete 3-day workshop that equips business owners with the tools and systems they need to scale. Consequently, he built some of the largest business coaching teams in the world, with over 125 full-time coaches mentoring entrepreneurs across India.
Rajiv did more than just coaching. In 2017, he set up Dreamcatcher Investments to support startups with high growth potential. He also invested in 2018 in Karnataka Warriors, a team in the Celebrity Badminton League, expanding his footprint into the sports and entertainment worlds.
In 2023, Rajiv co-founded the QL One app, a digital platform tailored specifically for Indian MSMEs. The app helps traditional businesses embrace modern strategies and systems, confirming his longstanding commitment to assisting entrepreneurship in the digital age.
