We're seeking a seasoned and highly organized Manager – Event Operations to lead on-ground execution, vendor coordination, logistics planning, and client servicing for large-scale events. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of event flow, operational logistics, team leadership, and the ability to drive seamless, high-impact event experiences.

As the Manager of Event Operations, you will be the backbone of our execution team, translating creative concepts and client expectations into flawless realities. From BTL activations and conferences to massive public events and corporate launches — you’ll ensure each project exceeds expectations with operational finesse.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end event operations including planning, budgeting, vendor management, staffing, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Collaborate with the sales, creative, and technical teams to understand client requirements and translate them into detailed operational plans.
• Supervise a team of event coordinators, production assistants, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
• Prepare and manage budgets, timelines, floor plans, safety protocols, and vendor SLAs.
• Ensure legal compliance, permits, venue guidelines, and safety measures for every event.
• Drive operational efficiencies, develop SOPs, and conduct post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact during event setup, execution, and teardown phases.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time setup, budget adherence, client satisfaction scores, and issue resolution speed.
• Stay updated with the latest event tech, industry trends, and operational tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event operations, production, or logistics (agency, corporate, or freelance).
• Proven track record of managing large-scale corporate, entertainment, or wedding events.
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills under tight timelines and high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and event planning software.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours (including nights/weekends).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or certifications in event operations, logistics, or project management.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability.
• Technical know-how in AV setups, stage design, and venue layouts.
• Prior experience in working with celebrities, influencers, or high-profile clients.
• Understanding of budgeting software and vendor contract management.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, ERP, and ticketing platforms is a plus.
