We are seeking an Artist Manager who is passionate about the nightlife, events, and performing arts industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of artist culture, a sharp business mindset, and a proven ability to manage the dynamic needs of artists and performers.

As an Artist Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our roster of live artists—from booking gigs and negotiating contracts to coordinating logistics and building long-term partnerships. You will serve as the key liaison between artists and event stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and professional representation.

Responsibilities

• Artist Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for artists, building strong professional relationships and understanding individual needs and career goals.
• Booking & Scheduling: Secure and coordinate artist performances at corporate events, weddings, festivals, and nightlife venues across India.
• Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms align with both artist and company interests.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee travel, accommodation, technical rider requirements, and other logistical needs for performances.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate artist performances, offering constructive feedback and growth opportunities.
• Industry Insights: Stay current with trends in the nightlife, events, and entertainment space to provide strategic career advice and opportunities for artists.
• Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, and travel as per artist/event requirements.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Music Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in artist or talent management, preferably in the live events or entertainment industry.
• Strong knowledge of nightlife, music festivals, event formats, and artist circuits in India.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/talent management tools.

Preferred qualifications:

• A deep understanding of artist work culture, creative workflows, and industry ethics.
• Network of event organizers and venue partners in the Indian entertainment ecosystem.
• Ability to manage multiple artists across genres while delivering consistent results.
• Passionate about promoting talent and creating impact through live experiences.
