As an Artist Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our entertainment experience, ensuring seamless coordination between performers, venues, and clients. Your mission will be to book a diverse range of artists and manage all associated logistics, delivering exceptional event experiences every time.

You'll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and performers to craft unforgettable moments—from high-energy concerts and corporate gigs to luxury weddings and cultural shows. Whether it's securing a headlining act or managing last-minute changes, you'll make sure every artist is where they need to be, ready to perform, and supported at every step.

Responsibilities

• Book and manage artists across multiple categories including singers, bands, DJs, comedians, anchors, and specialty acts for various events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for artists before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, hospitality, technical requirements, and scheduling to ensure smooth artist experiences.
• Maintain artist contracts, agreements, and payment documentation in line with company policies.
• Liaise with clients to understand their event needs and suggest suitable talent options.
• Work closely with production, logistics, and venue teams to align artist requirements with event timelines and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot last-minute challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with artist agencies, managers, and freelancers.
• Keep internal artist databases updated with fresh profiles and performance feedback.
• Contribute ideas and insights for enhancing the artist experience and overall event quality.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in artist coordination, talent management, or event operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for events, entertainment, and working in a dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in the event management industry or with an entertainment agency.
• Familiarity with artist contracts, riders, and performance technical requirements.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
• Network of artist contacts or prior experience with artist booking platforms.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel as per event schedules.
